The Hartford Long Term Disability Insurance provides a monthly benefit to someone who, due to illness or injury, is unable to work for an extended period of time.

7.5% Rate Reduction Effective 1/1/08

Features include:

	Two benefit levels - 50% or 60% of gross income
	Benefit payments start six months after a disability begins
	Benefits continue to age 65 or normal retirement age as long as the disability continues
